Jean, I only lost 1/2 pound more than you and disappointed too Sad However, look at it this way, pick up a pound of sugar or 1lb of butter and see what it feels like.

Congratulations to all who lost and Ann a bigThumpUp

Love,

Barbara

Hi all,

1-2 lbs per week is a healthy weight-loss. Some weeks you may not lose, other weeks you may lose more. Keep a record and you will see the loss over time.

Don't forget to have a GOOD breakfast every day. It will stop you snacking between meals.

Home made vegetable soups have no calories in and you can have as much as you like.... beware of wind Blushing
(I buy a ready-prepared casserole pack from the supermarket, boil it slowly for 30 mins, add two stock cubes and then make it smooth with the blender).

Go for it girls ... and any 'boys' who want to join us!
